Estate, Transport and Procurement runs vehicle entry, university transport, stores, hostels, and procurement from one login. If you drive onto campus, start with a vehicle pass. Staff open the desks they are granted.

How to get your vehicle pass
Students, lecturers, administrators, staff, and contractors apply as residents. Visitors use the guest form. Estate, Transport and Procurement issues the card only after the fee is received or waived.

Create an account
Use your campus role and a working phone. Guests skip this and open the visitor form instead.

Register the vehicle
Plate, make, and colour. One active pass is tied to one plate for the year, or for the guest dates you choose.

Pay, then collect
Follow the MoMo or bank details in your email. Download the JPEG from mail or the portal and present it at the booth.
The desks
One ETP, four campus desks
Campus entry is open to the community. Transport is live for officers. Stores, hostels, and procurement stay off until those desks are ready.
